Linnea Lenkus started her career first
in front of the camera as a fashion model
in L.A. and Europe 25 years ago modeling
for such magazines as Elle, Freundin & Vogue.

She has a Bachelor's degree
in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude)
which consequently helps her to
tap into the human connection in her sessions.

From there she headed into a career
as a commercial photographer and
has photographed ads, celebrity portraits,
and lifestyle images for many
ad agencies, companies & magazines.
She is represented by the ubiquitous
and prestigious stock agency, Stone,
which is a Getty Images subsidiary.

In 1998 she decided to switch her path and
move to the professional portrait photography world
where her commercial lighting techniques and
skills have translated well in elegant and
sophisticated photography that have made
her photo studios so popular.
She opened a portrait studio in Pasadena in 1998.
In 2004 she opened a second
portrait studio in Long Beach and
in 2007 she opened a third portrait studio in Irvine, CA.

Linnea and her husband of 16 years
are the proud parents of a precocious
7 year old son, Dexter,
and exuberant 5 year old twins, Ava & Maxwell.
When Linnea is not behind a camera she is with her children attending karate classes, swim, soccer practices,
Little League practices, dance and art classes
and visiting the many playgrounds of L.A.
